The Village of Glen Ellyn has partnered with SeeClickFix to implement a new platform that allows citizens to report quality-of-life issues and request certain Village services.
Residents can submit non-emergency requests for various items, such as:
parkway tree maintenance
SeeClickFix uses your location data for the request. Once the request is received, it is routed to the appropriate Village department. Those that submit a request will receive updates on the status.
The SeeClickFix platform replaces Glen Ellyn's former service request system, YourGOV.
How to Submit a Request
For Emergency matters, residents should still call 911 immediately.
Any requests not specifically listed on See ClickFix should be reported to the Public Works Department 630-469-6756 during normal working hours or by calling the non-emergency Police Department phone number 630-469-1187 after hours.
Download the Mobile App
The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. The mobile app includes an option to snap and submit a photo of the issue with your device. The app also has the ability to use your location data for the request.
